My Story

Hi all I have created this page because of the great work The Fire Fighters Charity does for our fire services community across the UK. I was involved in a motorcycle accident in 2016 and had multiple injuries to my leg, I needed quite a lot of physiotherapy treatment so after contacting them I visited the Marine Court centre in Littlehampton. They really helped me literally get back on my feet through hours of physiotherapy and also through their counselling which they offer too. I am so grateful to them and all the dedicated work they do for Firefighters and their families they helped me hugely so I want to support them by raising money as part of our participation in #My75Miles. I have decided to cycle the 75 miles from Chelsea Fire Station to Marine Court in Littlehampton (one of the Fire Fighters Charity centres) to help raise money for this great charity. Myself along with other members of Chelsea Fire Station will be taking up this challenge on 1st November 2018.

Please help us to help them - and in so doing help UK fire fighters affected by injury, illness or psychological trauma - by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. The more people that know about The Fire Fighters Charity, the greater its impact and the more members of the fire services community it can support, so please also spread the word by sharing our page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
